Ecology of Awakening Policies

Cancellation:

It is important to consider that enrolling in Ecology of Awakening is a commitment to yourself, to each participant and to the group as a whole. In that light we ask you to reflect on whether you are ready to commit to the program you are registering for. The cancellation policy is designed to support you in what you are saying “yes” to and to supporting all aspects of the program, including administrative work, in running smoothly and powerfully.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days before the start of the program, all payments, except for the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

• If notice of cancellation is received within 30 days before of the start of the program, or once the program has commenced, all payment is forfeited.

If Ecology of Awakening Cancels

It is highly unlikely that the program will be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. Please note that if Ecology of Awakening needs to cancel the program for any reason, participants will be notified at least three-weeks before the start of the program. You will receive a full refund for the total amount paid up till that point. 

Please note that you may want to wait to buy any plane tickets until we let you know that the program is confirmed. Ecology of Awakening is not responsible for payments made for travel before we are sure we have full enrollment.
